The spot is ideal for heading to the Hellfire Pass Interpretation Centre, especially for the early ANZAC Day dawn service, since it’s only 35 km by highway nearby. You can also reach Kanchanaburi in 40 km, so it sits right in the middle.

It’s a classic Thai motel, nothing more, nothing less. The host is friendly, and just a short walk away is a fantastic Thai BBQ spot. The delivery bed was just a thin mattress, and the blanket that came with it was an oversized towel—definitely room for improvement.
