A proper spa in a beautiful natural setting, with a good price‑quality ratio. It’s a bit hard to reach unless your navigator shows Czech‑language letters, and the staff sometimes had a flat‑mouthed attitude (not the reception, but the restaurant).

“Worh staying, nice little spa”

The spot is great, and the local spring water is a nice touch; quick check‑in and welcoming staff make you feel at home. However, there are many small annoyances that dampen the experience: the remote‑controlled TV was broken, the heater cover was missing, Wi‑Fi on the second floor didn’t work so we had to hop between the first and third floors, a couple of access points were probably faulty, and the rooms seemed to be above the kitchen—initially the smell was fine, but after three days the clothes started to smell like a kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms feel a bit dated and could use a refresh, and the dinner priced at 25 € is not recommended.

We booked a family stay, hoping to be together, but the hotel split us into two rooms on separate floors; the front desk refused to accommodate our request for adjacent rooms, despite our repeated pleas.
