Das Achental Resort

“Ein Besuch hat gereicht, in dieser Hotelkategorie hätte ich mehr erwartet. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat hier nicht”

Breakfast was very good and comprehensive; nothing was missing. The staff were very friendly. The garden was well maintained. The indoor pool was large and pleasant to swim in, with a comfortable temperature. The rooms were relatively small; the deluxe double room pictures showed two sinks in the bathroom, but there was only one. The staff said they had listed the wrong details. The room service left some items uncleaned or unfinished. In the lobby there were worn‑out stools, and the whole hotel feels a bit dated, giving a rather cold impression through its large halls.

“Niveauvolles Hotel und Golfresort in schönster Landchaft”

The breakfast spread was lush and varied, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The vibe was relaxed, the garden looked well kept, and the outdoor pool felt great when it was hot. The golf course and its practice area right next to the hotel were interesting. The menu at the Vinothek restaurant was limited.

“Zauberhaftes Resort im Chiemgau”

The resort feels like a magical oasis in the woods, away from Chiemsee, and is especially good for golfers. The saunas’ loungers are hard and unadjustable, making them uncomfortable, and the area is a bit cramped when the weather’s bad and many guests want to use it.

“Great stay”

The hotel runs smoothly, stays clean and organized, and the staff are extremely helpful. There are plenty of restaurants and a lot to do inside and nearby. The room we stayed in had no air conditioner, so we had to sleep with the windows open, which brought mosquitoes.
