The location was fantastic, the staff were friendly and wonderful, and it was a pleasure to hear Ukrainian spoken by the employees—something you rarely get in Odesa.

The location is central, right next to all the main sights, cafés, and restaurants, on a quiet and cozy street. The room smelled bad, had many scuffs on the furniture and walls, the chair upholstery was torn, and there were cracks in the mirrors. The worst clean‑room experience ever.
