The breakfast at Four Points was wonderful. The reception desk could use a bit more attention; it looked a little untidy.

“A good hotel for business trip”

The hotel was clean, comfortable and well‑located. The staff did not speak English at all.

The hotel offered several breakfast choices and the rooms were clean. The staff does not speak a single word of English, and even using translator apps was extremely difficult because they often didn’t understand simple requests. We asked for a cab to the airport two days in advance, but they kept saying they would call it later; on the day we left, the cab didn’t arrive on time and we had to walk in the rain with all our luggage to the subway station and almost missed an international flight. This level of service is unthinkable for a supposedly international business hotel. The nearest subway station is a 20‑minute walk away.

The breakfast was diverse and very good, with every kind of food to suit all tastes. You can leave your luggage for days if you return later, free of charge. Except for Iris at reception, no one on staff speaks English, which makes interactions quite hard—you always need a translator app. Also, the photos on the booking page are not real.

“Ok fint sted, langt fra metro, tæt på er MEGA shoppingcenter”

The location works well, but housekeeping never showed up for two consecutive days; when I mentioned it, they acted as if I’d pressed a “do not disturb” button.
