“Complaint”
The location was good, but the property was not what was advertised; it was a HMO, not a hotel or lodge, with no staff and residents living there. The shared shower and kitchen were being used by the residents, the door lock was unreliable, and I waited half an hour outside for a code. The place needed urgent repairs, could have been cleaner, and I received a text asking me to leave on the first day even though I was booked for two nights. I felt uncomfortable with the people living there, had nothing in my room—including a kettle—and a mirror was held up with glue and two screws. My room was not even pictured.
