Karakoy Port House

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and left with great memories. The location is truly perfect, close to all public transport, which made moving around a breeze. With a baby and stroller, it was also very convenient: no slopes, easy access… We were in a Deluxe room, very comfortable, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. A big thank you to the staff for their warm welcome and kindness, especially Ahmed, Abdel Gaffar, and Omar, who were lovely and helpful. We had a small mix‑up with our second booking, but the team resolved it quickly and everything ended very well. Thanks again for this beautiful stay! We highly recommend this hotel for its location, room comfort, and friendly staff. We’ll definitely return! ❤️

I spent 14 days at this hotel and everything went smoothly. The location is excellent, close to all transport links, the room was clean and well equipped. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Overall a great experience, I recommend it!

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the air‑conditioning and hot water didn’t work when we first arrived, and we had to change rooms after the third night.

The location was convenient and they let us store our luggage before check‑in, yet the air‑conditioning never got fixed even though they promised it would be the same day, and three days later when we checked out we heard nothing; the shower sometimes lacked hot water and the reception kept pressing us for a 10/10 review just because we received a free coffee.
