The location and cleanliness were great, but the parking was small.

There was nothing positive to report. The TV was broken, the door stuck tight so I couldn't get in or out easily, shady characters lurked around the property especially at night, and a strange man knocked loudly on my door between 10 and 11 pm on the second night. Employees also parked in handicap spaces during the day, which was very disrespectful. I left four days early because of all of this, and it was a horrible experience.

Room 313 had the smoke alarm on all day and no one bothered to check it. They couldn’t assist us or didn’t care because it was reported at check‑in, and we were told it would be taken care of, but it wasn’t, so we couldn't sleep with that noise.

Room 303’s bathroom smelled horrible and it had roaches.
