The staff were wonderful and the room was excellent, and the package even included medical care. However, the food became monotonous, hot dishes were often cold, and there were no heated floors or a radiator in the bathroom.

“Шикарный отель для комфортного отдыха!”

I stayed here for the second time this year and was again completely delighted! The location is perfect, quiet, and the large, comfortable room has everything needed for a relaxing stay, including a good mattress and ideal bedding. Cleanliness and attentive, responsive staff were also appreciated. Huge thanks for a wonderful holiday! I really hope I can visit Jermuk again. Absolutely in “Jermuk Hotel and SPA”❤️

“Ottimo resort con spa favolosa”

Great hotel, excellent spa service, first a medical visit to obtain eligibility for the various spa offerings. The staff are kind and competent, and the kitchen is discreet. The facility has an indoor pool open until 22.00 and a gym that is always open.
