The location was great, the bed was comfortable, and there was a small kitchenette for your needs. The staff were very helpful and kept my luggage until check‑in. It isn’t close to the train station, but everything else you need is nearby.

The only issue is the lack of light inside, both natural and artificial, which could be pointed out as a defect.

“wouldn't return due to safety issues”

lovely boutique hotel gr8 staff location. extremely noisy i was in ground flour and could hear night staff talking very very loudly on phone i requested that the talking be reduced but to no avail So had to shout out of my room to be quiet also an hour later was woken up by someone in the street kicking the glass door of hotel entrance which set the alarms off and activated security doors which all shut I thought an intruder had actually entered the hotel intent on nefarious action I actually exited the room to ascertain what was happening my family upstairs were extremely frightened as they believed the hotel was being attacked
