The room smelled like plumbing, the bathroom light didn’t work, and I wasn’t charged the amount I saw on Booking.

Everything! We arrived and the two rooms we’d booked weren’t available. We had to find an alternative at 23:00 with a newborn. The front desk assured us a room for the next days, but the next day they said they were full again. We had to search for another hotel a second time. Unreliable.

They said Booking was at fault, so the front desk gave us a room for the following days, but the next day they said they were full again. We had to hunt for another hotel a second time. Unreliable.
