Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, including live dosa and a coffee counter, and on Independence Day the food was arranged in flag colours, which was a nice touch; however, dinner service was slow, taking an hour for our order to arrive.
Everything was very good.
The stay in NYC was perfect.
“Relaxing stay”
Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly, but the elevators took a while to come.
There was no basic ott available, only cable with limited channels, the rooms felt cramped, and the gym was ultra small, yet the staff were kind and courteous.
