The staff were kind and ready to help with any request, and the location was good, but the water was cut off every two days and it took over an hour to return after we notified the staff. The restaurant served the same meals every day with no variety; they gave us a menu in our room with many options, but only offered 3 to 4 of them at the restaurant, which was very disappointing. On top of that, the meals were overpriced—we were charged 150 cedi for a plate of jollof rice while the restaurant next door charged only 100 cedi for the same dish, so I felt ripped off. Everything was over‑priced: drinks, food, even water.

The staff were very friendly, but the dining area needs a fresh redesign.

“Cockroaches”

The workers were okay, but there were a lot of cockroaches in the room, sound isolation was poor, a loud disco was playing near the hotel until 03:00, the microwave window was tiny, and you couldn’t see anything.
