“Good for the budget”

The place was clean and the rooms were comfortable for a short stay, but the Wi‑Fi was poor and the bathroom felt cramped; a few larger bathrooms would have helped.

We never actually stayed there. The email said check‑in was between 2 pm and 10 pm, so we got there at 2:30 pm, but the “now open” sign was off and the bell didn’t ring when I rang it twice. Calling the number on the door twice also got no response. We had a scheduled tour with the maid of the mist and cave of the winds, so after four attempts we had to cancel online and find another place. The hotel now claims they checked their cameras and saw no one, but I have photos and call logs proving we were there.

“I no wanna go back there anymore.”

Nothing positive to mention. My wife was bitten by bed bugs and we found a lot of spiders, though the lady from Pakistan was friendly. The room was very small.

I absolutely despised this motel—it was the worst I've ever stayed in, and I urge anyone to avoid it. The staff made everything worse: after an eight‑hour drive we stopped for a quick bathroom break for my 6‑year‑old, but the front desk employee was not only rude but outright hostile, refusing us access to the bathroom, speaking with attitude, and treating us like we were asking for too much. When we decided not to stay, she followed us outside, approached our car, knocked on the window demanding our name, and then canceled our reservation before check‑in, falsely labeling us a “no call, no show.” This place shows no respect for honesty, hospitality, or basic decency.
