Mia Experience Lake Como

The place sits in a very quiet area, the setting is comfy and spotless, the manager is helpful and friendly, there’s plenty of greenery and peace all around, and it’s perfect if you’re traveling with a pet… we really liked it.

The spot is well‑located, communication is straightforward, and check‑in is also easy; there’s parking and supermarkets nearby. However, the towels weren’t clean, we asked for replacements and even though they promised to swap them, nothing happened.

“We took some drinks as it was part of the complementary but it seems it wasn’t properly informed in the room.”

Im not sure. But the areal maybe. The pool was dirty and announced didn’t match. The stairs was stiff. Difficult transportation. No proper instruction for the beverage in the fridge

It’s located very nicely, luxurious with a sauna and whirlpool, but we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it; maybe next time.
