I got there after 11 pm, and the room looked like it had been used before I even unpacked. The bed seemed already slept in, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, and the AC unit was covered in mold. I took photos and showed them to the front‑desk attendant, who said the general manager would call me, but I still haven’t heard from anyone. I ended up sleeping in my car most of the night because of the room. Check the security footage and you’ll see what I’m talking about.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was very nice, and the pool was great.

Breakfast was tasty, and the woman in charge kept everything clean and organized, giving the hotel a bright, cheery vibe. On the flip side, our shower had visible mold and water damage, the room was cramped with no armchair to relax in, and the AC unit was noisy and didn’t seem to remove humidity properly. Everything in the room felt a bit sticky, and the bed was too firm for me, causing sore hips as a side sleeper.

I told the receptionist right after check‑in that the air smelled musty and asked for an A/C filter replacement. A guy came with towels, but he had no idea about the A/C. By midnight I received an SMS saying they were happy to help with anything, so I reminded them again about the musty air. I got a reply saying no one could help until the morning when we were checking out, and no reimbursement—partial or full—was offered.
