The Nile River was nice, but the bed sheets hadn’t been changed and it was obvious they had been used before, the hotel added a 200 EGP surcharge per room over the Booking price and a 100 EGP parking fee, the breakfast was very poor for a 4‑star property.
The pictures on the website are misleading; the room is very small, the food quality is bad, the staff are unprofessional, and they overcharge.
