“One of the best stays I have ever had”
The staff were kind and caring, and the location was great.

The hotel was clean, especially the buffet which offered a wide variety of foods and was large; the seating and décor were lovely. The sound insulation was poor and the windows in the room were too small.

The hotel is just a few minutes from the Imam’s shrine, and the reception staff were outstanding. Mohammed, who wears glasses, was fantastic at his job and even didn’t charge us for our stay until we left. My room was extra large, with a nice view of the shrine and Mohammed’s pleasant demeanor. Mustafa ran a modern car rental outside the hotel and was friendly and helpful. The buffet was varied with a view of the shrine. The only issue was a procession outside the hotel; if possible, avoid using loudspeakers. It was a wonderful visit and I strongly recommend the hotel; hopefully we’ll come back soon. Thanks to everyone.
