Recently renovated room, convenient location to reach the center (10 minutes walking). Room and bathroom are spacious and very clean. Curious the bathtub in the room. Host very helpful. Beautiful terrace with a view of Tivoli and Rome. I would really like to know who designed the shower taps: hot water opens one way, cold water the opposite. Five minutes to find the right temperature.

Very old house and atmosphere.

We had a very pleasant stay in Tivoli! The property is in a truly excellent spot, very central and perfect for exploring the city on foot. It was the ideal base for discovering Tivoli and enjoying the city centre atmosphere without needing to drive constantly. A special thanks to the host, who was incredibly kind, available and attentive to our needs. He welcomed us warmly and was always ready to help and give us all the information we required.

Met our expectations. Everything was excellent.

Ordinary appliances. Everything would have been fine if not for the host’s strange behaviour. First he messaged me on a non‑existent WhatsApp number. The fact that the message didn’t get through and that I didn’t reply didn’t bother him. As a result, we waited half an hour for him on the street in +35°C. But those were just flowers. When saying goodbye, the host asked us to leave a good review – and we did at first. But later we received a fine for entering a restricted zone, which wasn’t mentioned in the description. You can only access the building from one single street. The host saw we were in a car, saw where we came from, and when asked why he didn’t warn us or add our numbers to the entry list he replied that we hadn’t asked. The fine was, by the way, more than the price of the room.
