Check‑in was at 2:00 PM, but we had to wait an extra hour because the previous guests left late and the room wasn’t ready. That shouldn’t fall on arriving guests. The property expects guests to follow check‑in and check‑out times, so management should keep the same standards. When we asked the receptionist for clarification, the answer was simply, “I don’t know.” The management did apologize, which was appreciated.
