I liked the location, and everything else was nice.

“A mess will not go back.”

The location was good, the late‑night desk clerks were friendly, and breakfast was decent. However, I arrived alone one day and with a large group another, and on the first night I found actual poo on the toilet seat in the restroom. I called the front desk, they came, took pictures, and moved me to another room. I had to check out and re‑check in because the next day was under a different reservation and name. We were told we could get early check‑in (3 pm) before, and I confirmed it beforehand and again on the day, but our rooms weren’t ready when we needed to leave at 4:05—an hour later than our scheduled check‑in. The front desk manager was rude even when we asked for just one of the many rooms we reserved. When we returned to the rooms, one of the keys led to a room already occupied. Many rooms had no towels or insufficient towels. When I asked for towels at the front desk, they said none were available. I explained the situation about my team needing towels, and the front desk manager had to go into empty rooms to retrieve them. I’ve stayed here before but won’t return; housekeeping and management have worsened over the past year. I was supposed to stay three nights but had to cancel and go elsewhere.

“TERRIBLE”

It was close to everything food‑wise, but the TV screen had lines, the pool was dirty and had no towels, the staff were not friendly when I arrived, the shower/tub had hair everywhere, and the outer door wouldn’t read my key.

“Soweit alles in Ordnung”

Everything was fine overall, but the pool’s cleanliness was poor. Many guests go into the pool in the heat without showering, and the pool had a bad smell because chlorine levels were increased, affecting other guests. The hallway at night was noisy, and guests aren’t reminded to be considerate on the floor’s corridor. The room had no tea bags or a way to boil tea.
