The breakfast buffet tasted great, yet the toilet had a bad odor and the second door of the girls' bath double door was locked and wouldn’t open; after a phone call to the front desk, I realized that if the inner door got stuck, I’d be trapped. I was shocked to see the pepper mill on the buffet table filled with paper waste.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant, but I couldn’t adjust the room temperature and the bathroom ventilation didn’t work.
