The hotel was clean, the location was amazing, and the staff were friendly and courteous.

The staff gave exceptional attention and care to our family during our stay, always ready to provide information and support our visit to the town.
“Nie wieder!!!!”
The hotel has no parking; a small public lot is about 250 m away. It has three floors but no lift. The room service was disappointing. Out of six nights, the bed was properly made only once. The sofa had a backrest that was not fixed but merely leaned because it was defective. The courtyard behind the hotel was run down. The reception was only open during certain hours and there was no house telephone. The breakfast buffet was very simple – only rolls, no bread and no toast. The price and value are not in line with each other. I travel a lot and stay in hotels often.
