The cleaning was excellent. It might be a bit of a sump, though.

The spot and closeness to Cluj Arena were spot on, letting us skip taxis after each night of the festival. We were also within walking distance of some nice restaurants and a gym. The building and rooms felt pretty old for what we paid; we expected a bit more modernity. There was no maid service or breakfast offered, except for coffee, as advertised.

The location is great, facilities are clean, staff are friendly. The bed was a bit hard, but everything else was excellent and the place is very close to Bt Arena, the stadium, multiple restaurants, shopping, the park, and within walking distance to the city center. The AC could have been cooler.
