The room was cozy and the shower was hot, but I noticed hair on the sheets, suggesting the linens hadn’t been changed after the previous guest; I also regretted paying in Bolivianos because the exchange rate applied was higher than it should have been.

The view from the garden was beautiful, yet the hotel only had one bathroom for 10–20 guests, so when someone brushed their teeth no one could use the toilet or shower; the shower was unusable because no towel was provided, not even for drying hands, and there was no toilet paper; I booked for €20 on Booking but had to pay 29€ on site due to a conversion rate that was even above the black‑market rate, and the power outlet was hidden behind a table far from the bed.
