The hotel is new and snug, the room is super comfy, and the location is pretty good – not right in the city centre, but right next to a metro and a park where the sunsets are amazing. It’s not far from Cambridge and close to a cute street with local shops. We got house slippers, bottled water every day, and a complimentary voucher for meals or wine at the restaurant (haven’t used it yet, but it was a nice touch). The room matched the pictures and the reception looked great too. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were allowed an early check‑in at no extra cost because the room was ready. The cleaning could have been more thorough; we found a few hairs in the shower and some crumbs or lint in the hallway.

Lovely big room, very comfortable beds. Friendly staff in restaurant. It’s a very noisy area. The hotel is on a busy intersection opposite a raised subway train. It’s very noisy all the time. You can’t hear neighbouring rooms in hotel but you can hear outside noise 24/7. Trains, sirens, music etc. Not good for a quiet nights sleep. Rooms are over $1000 a night, Boston is expensive but due to noise etc. We didn’t feel it was worth it

The location is great, right by the underground. Because of that, there was some noise at night from the busy street.

The spot is excellent for exploring Boston and Cambridge, with the metro at the foot of the building. The charming Beacon Hill neighbourhood sits below the building. The room is very nice, comfortable, well‑equipped, and spacious, with beautiful décor. There is no buffet breakfast at the hotel – you either go out or order a la carte (expensive and with minimums). Finding a decent breakfast in the area, or in Boston in general, is hard. The dining room next to the lobby is pleasant during the day but looks sad at night, with poor lighting that makes the space feel gloomy.
