“A great stay”

The breakfast was plentiful with many great options. I missed breakfast one day because my tour to Tikal started early, and when I came back that evening I was offered breakfast again, which I declined but really appreciated. My room was clean and comfortable; the water pressure was great and the water was hot. I arrived very late and left even later, so the airport shuttle and a place to hang out for a few hours before heading to the airport were a real bonus. The hotel isn’t on the island, but tuk‑tuks are plentiful, and the receptionist was always sweet about helping me hail one, and it’s within the zone to be picked up for tours. It’s also very close to the airport.

“Muy bien.”

The staff were friendly, and the food quality and presentation were good. It would be nice if there were a lamp on the nightstand in the room so you don’t have to get up at midnight.

Super clean, the AC works great. Just a little far from Tikal, but the hotel is a really good deal for the price.

The service, comfort, and tour services were great. The breakfast was not self‑service but fixed, which takes away the option to choose foods that are closer to our dietary habits.

“Excelente elección en Flores”

The beds were very comfortable, the place was very clean, and the staff attention was magnificent. The pillows were very large.
