Embassy Suites by Hilton Norman Hotel & Conference Center

The location is about 1/2 mile from where my daughter lives…easy access from the freeway.

“Give Megan a raise. Best customer service I have received in a long time!”

We were thrilled with how the rooms and lobby were arranged, and Megan stood out for her helpful, professional attitude, going the extra mile to meet our needs.

“The location was great, the staff were friendly, and it was nice to have complimentary breakfast.”

The location and parking were great, and the breakfast area was spacious and convenient with complimentary food. The suite‑style room was roomy, and the elevators were quick and readily available. However, there were no bath towels when we checked in, the room had a weird, almost former‑smoking smell, and the breakfast floor was a bit dirty and sticky.

“Just OK”

The location is good. The room feels old and needs renovation; otherwise it’s overpriced.

“Loved the cleanliness of the room and the location was great.”

I loved the breakfast and the location, close to many restaurants and shops with easy access to everything we needed. I didn’t like the noise; the quiet time posted for 10 pm was not enforced, with kids running in the hall after midnight and playing on the elevators. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault—there seemed to be a basketball tournament—but the quiet time should still have been respected.
