The room and bathroom had been nicely renovated, making them far more comfortable than the exterior suggested, and the check‑in and check‑out processes were handled smoothly, which I appreciated.

Overall I was very pleased; the staff were courteous and helpful, the location was easy to find even without a map and right next to the station, with a convenience store right across the street. The room was spotless and made for a comfortable stay, and the shuttle to the Super Arena was very convenient. Although I originally booked a room‑only plan, they contacted me about the event and switched me to the shuttle service, then when strong winds delayed the train and I couldn’t make the pickup, they cancelled that option and reverted me to the room‑only plan without hassle. The next day the wind still delayed trains, but because the building sits alongside the tracks I could easily check train movements, which was handy. I’d definitely stay again! The lounge‑wear provided in the room was so comfortable I wish they sold it. On the downside, the room felt a bit humid and the climate control only allowed heating, so I couldn’t turn on cooling or fan. The bathroom entrance felt high; it wasn’t an issue getting in, but stepping out involved a noticeable step, so I had to watch my footing.

The room was very clean and felt spacious for a single room, which was comfortable. The bathroom drain wasn’t very good.

“他のホテルが空いてたら泊まらない”

I was pleased to find that the hotel was reasonably priced, but unfortunately, the stay was marred by a clogged drain in the bathroom, which I reported to the staff during the day. Unfortunately, the female staff member seemed uninterested in addressing the issue.
