“Great room but corridors need a spruce”
The room was lovely, but the walls were thin and the room next door was noisy late at night.
The pool was clean and the hotel was good, but the reception staff were quite rude.
The location was great and there were plenty of day and night activities for the kids, plus a fun minigolf area. The beds, however, were a real disappointment – a four‑star hotel should have newer mattresses, but these spring‑coiled ones look ancient and need replacing. The buffet, both at breakfast and dinner, could also be better. I also noticed the lifeguards weren’t really stopping people from bringing inflatable mattresses or playing with balls in the relatively small pool, and at one point a ball hit my daughter. The staff seemed to have little control over that, and even adults were drinking on the poolside and leaving dozens of glasses on the edge instead of disposing of them properly.
