The location is excellent, the team is fantastic and breakfast is great. It would have helped to have a curtain or a shower box in the bathroom and blackout curtains in the room.

The reception staff were very welcoming and the breakfast was honest, simple but tasty. I ran into a clogged toilet and had to share the room with loud, clueless people.

The location is close to everything. Their system only turns the air‑conditioning on after 19:00 and turns it off at 07:00.

“Muito boa!”

The hostel’s location is great, breakfast is good, and overall the value for money is solid with a nice atmosphere. Only two issues: the air didn’t cool well when the room was full and the hallway showerheads could use replacement.

“OK to stay a couple of days near the center”

I booked a private room and it was fairly spacious; the common garden area was nice too. The spot is close to the port and the center, and the staff were very friendly. Even though the common areas were cleaned daily, the fridge was filthy and the sink in my private room had a terrible odor from the drain stopper, with hair inside. I expected towels and a small fridge in my room, not just rental towels and a shared fridge—though I know keeping a shared fridge clean is tough. The place is fine for a hostel, but I wanted more of a private room experience. The Wi‑Fi barely worked.
