The location of La Picola Maison is excellent, right next to the Barberini metro stop and very close to the Trevi Fountain, so walking gets you to the Colosseum, Piazza del Verona, Plaza España, and more. The room is very complete and super clean; the bed is amazing. The mobile‑phone check‑in/out process is organized and optimal, and I could leave my luggage in storage without any problem. The only downside was having to climb three floors up the stairs with my luggage, but it’s doable.

The location is perfect, the staff are friendly, and the place is very clean. It’s a great option if you plan to spend most of your time exploring the city centre. The room is small, but overall comfortable and suitable for one person. The separate bathroom is a bit inconvenient, though it was clearly advertised.

“Great experience, would definitely recommend”

We stayed here and it was fantastic! The host was extremely friendly and went out of his way to store our luggage before check‑in and after check‑out, which we truly valued. The room itself was lovely, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Outside the room, there was a complimentary coffee and tea station that was a nice touch. The location was the best part – just a 3‑minute walk from Piazza Barberini and the metro station, making it super easy to explore Rome. The price was very good, especially considering the location and quality of the room, so it was great value for money and we would definitely recommend it.

Nothing at all. Worst experience of my life! The apartment is not suitable for anyone to stay in. We didn’t stay there in the end and chose another place instead. DON'T CHOOSE THIS APARTMENT!!! Save your money!!! This place is not for the weak!!!
