The staff were very helpful, the food was delicious, and the room was good.

The room and services were the best and well equipped, the food was so delicious, but it needs to offer a pick‑and‑drop service.

The spot is great, especially the green garden area. The dal bhat hit the spot, just a tad spicy. Breakfast could use a few more choices.

The keyring was a nice touch. Everything else fell flat—AC, TV, hot water all failed. When we raised the issue, the staff blamed us. Service was just okay, but the rest was a major disappointment; a cheaper place would have been better.
