“Guter Familienhotel mit Unterhaltung”

The staff were very friendly, especially Eren at the coffee bar and Murat on the pier; the food was good with a good selection, and they’re reachable via WhatsApp. Despite the cool water temperatures, the outdoor pool was not heated and the indoor pool was closed. The sea was warm, though. Guests were repeatedly reminded via the WhatsApp channel not to use towels in the occupied areas, but almost no one complied; a stricter check would be great. The wheelchair was rusted and the brakes didn’t work, but it was reported and apparently new ones will arrive soon.

The hotel offered an enormous number of pools and children’s activities, served very tasty and varied food, and had wonderful staff. It was a very good hotel.

“Rigtig godt all inclusive hotel”

The outdoor facilities were good, the rooms were good, and the food quality was good. The food could have been more varied; although it tasted good, it was largely the same dishes each time.

Everything—from the hotel itself to the food and the staff—was excellent, making it the best holiday ever with family. I can’t find many faults, only that the bed wasn’t very comfortable, but otherwise it was a great hotel!
