There were no in‑house restaurants, food had to be ordered from outside, no drinking water facility, the washroom lacked a proper hot water source, and I had nothing else to say.

The swimming pool, customer service, garden, and play area were positives, but the bedding and towels were negatives.

The hotel never received my booking confirmation, so when we arrived we were denied a room even though we had a confirmation.

When we came back in the evening, the gate was closed and we had to figure out how to open it ourselves.
