The place is in a great spot, but the room faces the street and the street noise is overwhelming, making it impossible to sleep well.

The hotel is very central, yet we were given very old rooms. It was hot, the air‑conditioning worked but produced a lot of noise. There were nicer rooms available that were unoccupied, so I don’t understand why we received the old ones.

It’s close to the Dom area, but the price is extremely high for the poor service that doesn’t justify the amount.

The staff were very helpful, but the entrance door was hard to locate because the signage was inadequate, and once inside you still need signs to guide you to reception since you have to take the lift to the first floor.

“Voltaria novamente!”

The location is superb, just a block from the Duomo, but the building is older and the lift acted up at times – you can always take the stairs. The room itself was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious.
