I booked a king‑size room, but when I arrived I was given a room with twin beds.

The bed was comfortable, but a cockroach appeared in the room, there was a large gap in the door that let the outside in, staff took forever to come to the front desk, we were denied a first‑floor room at first, and only after insisting did they finally give us one; the hotel was full of strange people.
