Everything was well organized, the staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was perfect; they also have a nice terrace with a beautiful view of the surroundings.

Breakfast was great, and they arranged a tour guide for us spontaneously the evening before, which turned out to be a fantastic tour. However, there are no reserved parking slots; if you’re lucky you can park on the street right before the hotel. We had to park a few meters downhill on the road and paid 20 MAD for that. They had issues with the hot water in this area and tried to fix it, but nobody informed us—we discovered it the hard way when the shower was not working after our hike. When we asked, they said it would be fixed in a few hours. Then Widad messaged us that it was working again, but under the shower the water was either boiling hot or absent. After some time, someone finally knocked on our door and told us they had fixed it, which they did this time, but it was already late and there was no hairdryer in the room. These kinds of problems happen, but we’re disappointed by the lack of communication and information.

Everything was good: the location, room size, and breakfast. Thanks to Widad, the receptionist, for her warm welcome and professionalism.

The accommodation is very pretty, especially the dining room. The staff is very respectful and attentive to guests’ needs. The meals were very good!
