La ubicación. No tiene ascensor, la habitacion económica es muy pequeña y en un cuarto piso por escaleras angosta y empinada. Los hoteles de la zona son caros e incómodos, es difícil encontrar precio calidad

Location is excellent for restaurants, buses and walking to tourist attractions. Minor maintenance needs fixing

Booked the room spontaneously because of a cancelled flight. Upon arrival at the hotel (between 7pm and 8pm) I was told that the room isn't available and I should cancel the booking and that I would get a refund. In the end I did not get a refund (more than 5 weeks passed), contacted the booking service team and when they asked for confirmation from the hotel the refund was denied by the hotel staff. So I paid 117GBP for a room that did not exist, I would call this a scam
