Hotel Dell'Orto, a family-run hotel, is located 70 meters from Chiavari Station, offering a central location. The hotel features a restaurant and simple rooms with parquet floors, TV, and private bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries. Some rooms have air conditioning and flat-screen TV. Trains to Monterosso and Cinque Terre depart from nearby station, 200 meters from the sea.

The hotel sits right in the village center, the room is very spacious, the bathroom is new, and the soft towels and high‑quality toiletries are great. I would never choose this hotel in the summer because it is far from the beach, the room only has one window, there are no drying racks inside or outside, the heavy curtains are uncomfortable (I hope they’ll be removed in summer), and the safety box made a terrible buzzing noise that forced me to lower the counter at night to sleep.

The location is very good, clean and comfortable right in the heart of the old street. The bed is very cozy, the room and bathroom are neat. Don’t miss the pastry shop and the cafeteria that is part of the hotel.
