The location was great and the staff were friendly, though the corridors could be a bit noisy.

The central spot was nice and there was plenty of parking. In the mornings the front‑desk staff weren’t always friendly and even rolled their eyes. Breakfast was decent, but on the last day the breakfast was taken apart when we arrived, and when we mentioned it we got a strange reaction and nothing was done. Towels were not clean and had an odd smell, while the housekeeping staff were very helpful.

The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient, the place was clean, and the setting was ideal.

The location was perfect, right next to all restaurants and on the hippo trail. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty.
