L'Hôtel Particulier - Paris Asnières

The host was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and could be enjoyed in the garden on nice weather, the location is perfect, very quiet, and the train station is a 3‑minute walk; you can reach central Paris by train in minutes—just one stop on the fast line, a few more on the “Bummelzug”—and I’d gladly return anytime.

“A beautiful and comfortable home”

Jaques was always ready to answer questions, help with French, give recommendations, and chat; the property is gorgeous, very clean and comfortable, a warm home away from home. The garden breakfast was fabulous. It’s within walking distance of excellent restaurants and the train station. Staying in a non‑touristy part of Paris felt like seeing real Paris and its people. A lovely walk to nearby île de la Jatte, where the Impressionists liked to paint, was a highlight. We wholeheartedly recommend l’hôtel Particulier. Everything was excellent.

“Nice place, qualitative accommodation with plenty of positives, just a bit expensive for an almost perfect stay.”

It feels like a home with a boutique‑hotel vibe, and the owner welcomed us personally and pleasantly, unlike typical rental places or chain hotels. An elevator was great for elderly guests, and breakfast in the garden was a treat. The house feels like a typical bourgeois Parisian residence. I wish some rooms had more fresh air; the air conditioning is good but the atmosphere in some rooms was a bit too dry, and the price is a little high.

“Un accueil exceptionnel dans un hôtel plein de charme”

I chose this hotel mainly for its décor, and I was not disappointed. Everything is tastefully decorated in a modern, elegant style, with excellent amenities (elevator, in‑room speakers, etc.). The place looks as beautiful in person as it does in photos. What impressed us most was the owner’s welcome. I booked the hotel for my wedding preparation, and he was absolutely adorable, very warm, available, and especially accommodating to ensure everything ran smoothly, which made the day even more special. I didn’t stay there myself, but my parents did and were won over; they had a very pleasant stay and already talk about returning. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. I recommend this establishment with my eyes closed. Nothing was missing; everything was perfect.

The place, the friendliness, the quality of the room and breakfast. The room was air‑conditioned, spacious, and super clean. The parking spot. Nothing is missing; everything is well thought out, even the elevator.
