The location of this hotel was great, right in the heart of the city. However, the TV was ancient and didn't even have cable, which was a major letdown. I was expecting a bit more for the price I paid.

Unfortunately, my stay here was marred by some serious cleanliness issues and an absurdly long wait for my room to be ready. The staff seemed overwhelmed and it took forever to get checked in. The room itself was okay, but the state of the bathroom was a major turnoff.

I was really impressed with this hotel and I'd definitely come back here again. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. So far, I haven't found anything to complain about.

The staff at this hotel were really friendly and helpful, which made my stay a lot more enjoyable. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end - the room was small and the amenities were pretty basic. Still, the staff made up for it.
