The stay was extremely disappointing and clearly misleading compared to the listing, especially regarding a key point: privacy, which is simply non‑existent. The accommodation is located in the owners’ garden, with a shared entrance and a trivial separation made of flower pots. The owners constantly pass by the lodging and look through and below this pseudo‑partition each time they return home. The terrace and pool are fully visible from their house, so it is impossible to enjoy the outdoors, the pool, or even the terrace without being watched. This major issue is never mentioned in the listing, which is unacceptable. The overall condition of the place is also disappointing: broken outdoor furniture (lounger, chair), air conditioning that shuts off automatically after a while, no cleaning supplies provided, need to request trash bags and toilet paper, and disinfectant wipes left empty in the toilet. The jacuzzi, presented as an advantage, is actually heavily restricted, with only 30 minutes of use in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening, which severely limits its usefulness.
