From check‑in to check‑out I never met staff or other guests face‑to‑face, so my privacy was well protected. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and I had no complaints over the two nights. The room‑service meals the hotel recommends were tasty, and I’d like to try other menus next time. The free premium pillow rental was a big plus, and testing the Yogibo pillow I was curious about felt like a personal win. The price seemed reasonable when considering the service. A few minor points: it’s a bit bothersome having to notify the front desk each time I check in, leave temporarily, or re‑enter—though I understand the system, it’s a slight inconvenience. Some of the room‑service cutlery, especially the wooden trays, were worn; the edges were cracked, not dirty. Also, the path to the hotel goes through a private road, which made me uneasy about its safety, and at night the narrow, dark lane—especially the steep slope from Prefectural Route 121—felt a bit scary.

Having a parking space assigned to each room was great, but it would have been helpful to have a water server.

Thanks for always handling things politely. I couldn’t figure out whether the water left in the tub was from a leak or just a spill, but there was still water left. The bed had hair on it even though I’d just entered the room, and I’d have to avoid that part. The tea and coffee were only for one person. The glass cup was sealed but still dirty. I’ve stayed here many times, but last night was disappointing.
