“Amazing!”
The place was spotless and quiet, exactly what we wanted for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel’s restaurant was amazing—can’t wait to come back!
The accommodation was fantastic, clean rooms and charming staff. Families would enjoy it, and the location is convenient for day trips. Breakfast was wonderful and spot‑on.
The view of Etna was stunning, the garden incredible, and the small houses were very clean and in perfect condition. The large pool was a highlight, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good but not extensive, lacking fresh fruit, and the room was too bright because the front door is glass‑paneled.
The structure was gorgeous, surrounded by a lemon grove, with large rooms finished in fine modern décor; both the indoor and outdoor areas were well kept and clean. The pool area looked fantastic. The downside was the access road: uneven streets, ongoing construction, and little signage made getting there a hassle.
