The location was close to the station, but I booked and paid for an AC room, only to receive the dirtiest room with no AC, mosquitoes, dirty linens, and no geyser, yet they still charged me for an AC room—pictures are misleading.

The hotel was a complete mess: no water, no functioning washroom, no pressure, no cleaning, and overall in bad condition with no facilities.

Nothing good to say; the hotel is the worst property ever seen, in poor and very old condition, and they denied the booking and tried to scam the customer.

Only the location and exterior were decent; the stay was not comfortable or clean, with no drinking water, no TV, and no hot water.
