Location is awesome, and the staff were super friendly and quick to fix my booking issue.

Good price, close to the metro, laundry option, lovely terrace, and plenty of activities. But they don't give towels, no conditioner, and it's mostly locals, not many tourists.

Had a wonderful stay, just 30 meters from the subway, staff were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back if I visit Hangzhou again.
