The property is well maintained, but parking is a little tight.

“Great location, comfortable and quiet.”

The location and bed were very comfortable. There weren’t enough power outlets, but it wasn’t a huge problem. The lighting was a bit dim. Nothing that would stop me from staying again.

“Loved seeing Rocky Mountain National Park but our choice on staying at the Inn on Fall River.”

The only thing that worked was the location. Parking was very small and limited, and there was absolutely no one on site to help. After paying for the accommodations in full, we discovered this is a completely contactless facility. No one was there to speak to or help with anything. If you needed towels you’d be charged, and there was no room upkeep. The fireplace was broken and the entire hotel needed maintenance. Very disappointed.

The view was pretty and the spot was convenient, but the bed was awful and not at all comfortable.

The location was great, right by either entrance of RMNP and closer to downtown than we expected, which was a plus; we also had to try the cinnamon rolls at Cinnamons, which is very close. Every time we returned to the room it had a musty smell, and the fridge barely kept our food cold, so we were hesitant to eat our lunch meat after a day because it wasn’t as cold as it should have been.
