Convenient location for my plans, good value for the money, and the staff were responsive.
“Clean and a good value, for the most part.”
The room was clean for the most part and most of the common areas were clean. The elevator was super clunky and loud, not a huge deal though. The towels were thrown under the bathroom vanity sloppily and a couple were stained. The inside and outside of the hotel could use an update for the price they are charging. The luggage carts need to be cleaned or replaced entirely & I think that common use counter tops and things of the sort should be cleaned better/more frequently. Glass doors were dirty throughout the property. 5 queen pillows were provided for a king bed… which would be fine if all 5 of them weren’t as lumpy as they were.

The location was great, but the elevator was out for all three days we stayed. My husband tried to haul the cart up three landing steps before bringing it inside to climb a flight of stairs. The room had a strange odor, the furniture felt stiff and uncomfortable, and the Wi‑Fi kept dropping in and out.

Everything was pretty good! We only overslept there, but the location is great, breakfast and facilities as well.
